Cancellation and Refund Policies

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your lesson less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a penalty of $20 to be paid before or upon arrival at your next scheduled lesson.

 

To avoid a cancellation/reschedule fee, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your lesson. Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the instructor if the student faces car troubles, dangerous weather, hospitalization, etc within the 24-hour period before a lesson.

 

“No Shows” where an individual does not come to a lesson at the scheduled time and does not reach out to the instructor are also subject to the $20 penalty to be paid before or upon arrival at your next scheduled lesson. If someone arrives 15 or more minutes late to their lesson and does not notify the instructor, this is also considered a “no show” and the individual must pay the fee. If a student reaches out to the instructor stating that they are running late, the instructor will attempt to be accommodating as long as accommodations do not interfere with another student’s lesson.
